- Receive professional development training opportunities on specialized topics.
- Receive invitations to attend recognition/appreciation and social events.
- and much more!
Student Placements
The agency recognizes the importance and need for students to gain practical work experience. We accept student placements from highschool, university, college and other post-secondary institutions. Students are considered from a wide range of studies including, however not limited to: social work, child and youth, law & justice, corrections, addictions and human resources. Placements provide students with an opportunity to learn and acquire skills and hands-on experience in a not for profit charitable organization that is focused in areas of social service, criminal justice and homelessness.
We also provide a supportive environment for people completing community work placements and community service hours. Completion of hours are monitored and confirmation is provided.
