Workshops offered for young women ages 12-17 years old. Topics include: I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM ME – Positive Body Image, GIRLS WHO LOVE TOO MUCH – Healthy Relationships, HOW TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY, CONFLICT WITH THE LAW, DRUG & ALCOHOL AWARENESS AND PEER LEADERSHIP TRAINING. I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM ME

The focus of this workshop will be on building a positive self image. It will  address how society impacts our self worth, self love, body image,  and our overall self esteem. Participants will gain insight on how to develop, improve and maintain healthy self esteem. For young women ages 12-17.  Begins July 27th, 2011.  5 weeks, 1 afternoon per week.

GIRLS WHO LOVE TOO MUCH

This Workshop Focuses On Healthy  Relationships.  Participants will learn the different types of relationships,  differences between healthy and  unhealthy relationships,  abuse, communication and personal safety. For young women ages 12-17.  Begins August 31st, 2011.  5 weeks, 1 afternoon per week.
