The Elizabeth Fry Society, Sudbury is dedicated to addressing the needs of persons in conflict with the law, or at risk of becoming in conflict with the law, and in particular the circumstances of women and young women in the criminal justice system.

Elizabeth Fry Societies across the country celebrate National Elizabeth Fry Week, the week preceding Mother’s Day, annually. The goal is to enhance public awareness and education regarding the circumstances of victimized and criminalized women involved in the criminal justice system.
